About this Event
In this interactive workshop, we will explore what connection means, the impact it can have and how to achieve it with authenticity.
We will learn what we need to achieve this, what typically gets in the way, how we already have what we need and how to access it.
We will explore the difference between connection and communication and the role our minds play. You will practice a number of short practical and fun “experiments” in observing and listening, to experience the ingredients of success which will then be discussed and shared in the group.
You will leave with skills that you can immediately use in your day to day life.
