Paul is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with more than 20 years experience in business development across numerous different businesses and sectors. He is passionate about global small business growth and success for the benefit of all the people involved in this sector. Paul’s business leadership philosophy of starting with the development of the whole person or entrepreneur before moving on to the development of their business has earned him respect and trust in business, both in the UK and abroad.

The JCI London Entrepreneurial Academy asks what is the reality of starting your own business? Why do businesses fail?

This Academy aims to:

• build a network of like-minded entrepreneurs,
• share knowledge and experience,
• create new business opportunities and/or prospective cooperation

Through 6 events and a workshop we aim at building an understanding of the skills that makes an entrepreneur, develop entrepreneurial skills and business acumen, learn about resources and leadership, and how to position yourself for funding and investment.

The goal of the Academy is to empower aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to succeed.
